With OneSpan User Websites, users can perform actions which are unavailable during a usual logon, because the functionality may have been disabled within the OneSpan Authentication Server configuration, or CHAP or another protocol is used that does not allow the functionality, for example, user self-management workflows or requesting virtual one-time passwords (OTP).
