The OneSpan User Websites Setup cannot upgrade an existing installation of OneSpan User Websites. If you are running an earlier version and want to upgrade to this version of OneSpan User Websites, you need to uninstall the existing version first.
If you are using custom OneSpan User Websites settings, be sure to back up all modified OneSpan User Websites configuration files. You will need them to restore your custom settings, e.g. after installing a more recent OneSpan User Websites version.
