View and edit mode

The property pages in Administration Web Interface can be viewed in two different modes.

• View mode

  The view mode allows the information on the property pages to be viewed only. This is the safest mode to use when viewing information. Property pages are opened in this mode by default.

  Click Edit to switch to edit mode.

• Edit mode

  The edit mode can only be accessed via the view mode.

  You can only switch to edit mode if you have edit privileges for the object currently displayed on the screen.

  In edit mode you can change the property values displayed on the screen.

  Click Save to save all your changes and redisplay the screen in view mode showing all the changes.

  Click Cancel to discard the changes. The screen will be redisplayed in view mode.
