Article summary

The e-signlive certificates for various environments in Canada, US1, US2, FedRAMP, European, and Australian regions were updated and reissued on specific dates to ensure the OneSpan Sign service functions normally. Users who trust the certificates as recommended do not need to take any action, as the renewal process does not cause downtime. However, those who have trusted leaf/end entity or intermediate certificates must complete the update by downloading and installing the new certificates corresponding to their environment. Regular updates and support are available for any questions or concerns regarding the certificate renewal process.
