Basic search
You can use the FIND box on the Administration Web Interface home page to search for users by user ID, user name, or user email address and for authenticators by authenticator serial number. This field supports the use of asterisks (*) as wildcard characters (see Wildcards).
- Select the appropriate search option to specify whether to search for user IDs, user names, user mail addresses, or authenticator serial numbers.
Enter a search string in the FIND box.
- If you search for users without wildcard characters, the search will return all items that contain the search string. If you add wildcard characters, the search will return all items that match the wildcard expression as specified (see Wildcards).
- If you search for authenticators without wildcard characters, the search will return the authenticator with exactly the specified serial number. If you add wildcard characters, the search will return all items that match the wildcard expression as specified (see Wildcards).
User searches are case-insensitive.
- Click SEARCH.
To list all user IDs, user names, or authenticators use USERS > List or DIGIPASS > List, respectively. From the respective result lists, you can access advanced search options by clicking Refine or change search.
Advanced user search
To perform an advanced user search, select USERS > Find/manage. This opens the Find/manage User page, which supports additional search criteria (see Find/Manage User).
Advanced authenticator search
To perform an advanced authenticator search, select DIGIPASS > Find/manage. This opens the Find/manage DIGIPASS page, which supports additional search criteria (see Find/manage DIGIPASS)
