Completing the registration for users

This guide describes the process to register and log in to Ping with your DIGIPASS FX7 authenticator, once you have received a registration email from your company.

If you are an administrator and need to configure Ping to allow DIGIPASS FX7 authenticators for your users, see Configuring Ping for passwordless authentication.

To register your DIGIPASS FX7 authenticator to Ping

1. Open your registration email and click the link inside. This will take you to the PingIdentity registration page.

   

2. Click Start.

3. Initiate a logon request:

   1. Type the username or email address.

   2. Select Passwordless Login

4. Authenticate with the DIGIPASS FX7 authenticator:

   1. Connect the DIGIPASS FX7 authenticator to the device.

   2. Tap the luminous button on the security key when prompted.

      You will be authenticated and granted access.
