Risk & Relationship Management

The Risk & Relationship Management main dashboard is the default screen displayed when accessing Risk Analytics Presentation Service. This dashboard displays two accordions, News and Alerts.

Via the corresponding tabs, the News accordion provides access to the following information:

• Last memos. Global memos for the team, added to draw attention to a specific alert, are displayed here.

• Performance. Retrieve here statistics on event handling by the analysts processing the pending alert via Risk Analytics Presentation Service.

From the Alerts accordion, you access the pending alerts that have matched rules and are pending further processing. This tab provides all information necessary to take a decision on which action to take and to complete the record. For more information about available actions, see Completing an alert.

In the Risk & Relationship Management tab, two typical workflows can be applied interchangeably:

• Selecting a dedicated alert in the Risk & Relationship Management dashboard.

• Accessing the search functionality of Risk Analytics Presentation Service directly via the Risk & Relationship Management navigation pane. Risk Analytics Presentation Service provides three different search modes (see Searching pending alerts).
