Version 2.2.3 of the PCC is still a valid and working version. Users with 2.2.3 installed will still be able to sign transactions and will not be asked to update to this version during the signing process. However, should you prefer to benefit from the following new features and fixes you can manually download and install this latest PCC version.
What's New
Here are some of the new features and enhancements we have made for this release.
We have implemented logic for optionally signing documents using the RSASSA-PSS algorithm. This feature is still in an experimental phase and is disabled by default. The RSASSA-PSS algorithm will become the default signing algorithm in a future release. If you are interested in switching to RSASSA-PSS signatures, please contact our Support team.
To enhance the security of the PCC we have updated to OpenSSL 3.4.1.
