This feature is available for registered users who are currently logged in. If multiple articles are selected, a downloadable link will be sent via email, which expires after 48 hours.
The portal will send the PDF file(s) to the email address that was used for self-registration. For instructions how to self-register, see User self-registration to the OneSpan Documentation Portal.
To download categories and articles in the Knowledge base site
In the navigation pane, find the desired category and click the () icon.
Click Export PDF.
In the Export Articles panel, select the desired subcategories and articles.
Click Export PDF.
Based on the selected categories and articles, the PDF will be downloaded.
If only one article is chosen, it will be downloaded instantly. If more than one article is selected, a downloadable link will be sent via email.
