All our user documentation is available on the OneSpan Documentation Portal. In certain cases, users must self-register to the portal. This applies

  • for certain products where access to the documentation is restricted to customers who have a valid contract with OneSpan.

  • if you would like to download more than one article and/or category as PDF: see Download several articles and categories.

Self-registration is allowed only for email addresses from the customer’s domain. Customers must use their company's email address to self-register on the OneSpan Documentation Portal.

The following steps are detailed in this article:

  1. Self-register: Sign up for an account on the OneSpan Documentation Portal.

  2. Create/activate the account via invitation email.

  3. Set up a password to access the content in the OneSpan Documentation Portal.
