This guide outlines the general process to add your DIGIPASS FX series authenticator as a sign-in method for the business applications used in your organization.
The process and steps in detail may slightly vary depending on the Android system version and the particular app you are using. If available, refer to the specific guide provided for each app.
Ensure that your Android device is updated to the latest version to avoid compatibility issues.
To add your DIGIPASS FX series authenticator to an Android app
Connect your DIGIPASS FX series authenticator to your Android device (see Connecting your DIGIPASS FX series authenticator).
Sign in to the app to which you want to add your DIGIPASS FX series authenticator.
If your DIGIPASS FX series authenticator is not already connected, select USB security key or NFC security key in the Choose a device for your passkey screen.

Set a PIN for the authenticator. You need to type it twice, to prevent typing error. Tap NEXT to continue.

The PIN must meet the complexity requirement rules of the application before you can continue.
If required, authenticate to the DIGIPASS FX series authenticator to start a first-time authentication process. After entering the PIN, and depending on the DIGIPASS FX series authenticator, you must either press the button or scan your fingerprint to continue.

Once the PIN is set and authentication is completed, your DIGIPASS FX series authenticator will be registered to the application.
