Registering a DIGIPASS FX7 authenticator with Cisco Duo enhances your security by providing a seamless and secure authentication process. This integration ensures that your account is protected with advanced security measures, making it easy to manage and authenticate your identity. The DIGIPASS FX7 authenticator offers robust protection and is designed to work effortlessly with Cisco Duo, ensuring a smooth and efficient registration experience.

This guide describes the process to register and sign in to Cisco Duo with your DIGIPASS FX7 authenticator, once you have received a registration email from your company.

To register your DIGIPASS FX7 authenticator to Cisco Duo

  1. Open your registration email and click the link inside. This will take you to the Welcome to Duo Security page.

  2. Click Get Started.

  3. In the Add new device pop-up, click Security Key, then click Continue.

  4. Enroll your DIGIPASS FX7 authenticator:

    1. In the Windows Security dialog, select Security Key and click Next.

    2. When you are prompted to enroll a security device, connect the DIGIPASS FX7 authenticator to a USB port.

    3. In the Security key setup dialog, click OK.

    4. In the Continue Setup dialog, click OK to confirm the security key setup.

    5. Type the PIN for the DIGIPASS FX7 authenticator.

    6. Touch the button on the security key to complete the registration.

      The DIGIPASS FX7 authenticator has now been registered to your Cisco Duo account and can be used for future logins.
