The Create Role wizard helps you to create a new administrator role.
Available via ROLES > Create.
Before you start the wizard:
Ensure that you have administrative access to the OneSpan Authentication Server Administration Web Interface.
Ensure that you have the Create Role privilege assigned.
Define Role
On this page you can specify the general settings for the new administrator role.
Field name | Description |

Role name | Required. The name of the administrator role. Up to 255 characters. |
Role description | A custom description for the administrator role. Up to 1024 characters. |
Privileges
Use this page to select the administrative privileges to associate with the selected administrator role. For a list of all administrative privileges, see List of administrative privileges.
If you select an administrative privilege that has any prerequisite privileges, the respective privileges it depends on are automatically selected as well. Removing an administration privilege by clearing its checkbox will also automatically remove any other privileges that depend on it.
Summary
This page shows the result of the operation. Click Finish to close the wizard and return to the ROLES page.
