How does this impact me?

  1. If you do not have SAML/Single Sign-On integration with OneSpan, there is no action required on your end.

  2. If you have SAML/Single Sign-On integration with OneSpan, and:

    • You are using un-encrypted SAML communication, there is no action required on your end. Your application will continue to function as it currently does.

    • You are encrypting the SAML communication, you must update the SAML certificate after the renewal dates listed above and before February 3, 2026 at 6:59:59 PM ET. Optionally, you can also update your SAML metadata at any time after the renewal dates.

You must update the SAML certificate before February 3, 2026 at 6:59:59 PM ET.

    • If you are a new account, you will need to either install or update the latest certificate, or import the new OneSpan Sign metadata into your OneSpan Sign application configuration. The action you take will depend on your Identity Provider.
